The Dr. Rev. Evalina Huggins, serves as the Presiding Elder of the Baltimore District in the Philadelphia and Baltimore Conference, the largest District within the Mid-Atlantic Episcopal District with 19 churches. She is also the former Presiding Elder of the Kingstown District in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  She desires to live, preach and teach the principles of the Kingdom of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ without apology and without compromise. “I had fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living” (Psalm 27:13).
